You may watch and listen for personal, non-commercial use within the App as described in our Terms of Use. Recording, rebroadcasting, re-uploading or redistributing our content without written permission is not allowed.

Third-party material

Where a show includes material owned by someone else, the rights in that material stay with its owner.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something in the App or posted by a listener infringes your copyright, email support@brucetrademedia.com with: your name and contact details; the work you own; where the material appears (the show, episode or post, and the time if it is audio or video); and a statement that you believe the use is not authorised and that your notice is accurate. We will review it promptly and remove material where appropriate.

The App includes open-source components used under their respective licences. The full list and licence texts are in the App under Account → Open-source licences.
