Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Live Radio app (the "App") published by Bruce Trade Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

The App lets you watch or listen to live channels, replay past shows and keep a library of what you have watched. The App is free. We may add, change or remove channels, shows and features at any time, and we may suspend or stop the service without notice.

2. Your account

Signing in uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.

3. Content and copyright

Channels, shows, episodes, artwork and the App itself are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. They are provided for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not record, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly perform them, and you may not copy downloaded episodes off the device. Downloads are for offline listening within the App only and expire automatically. See our Copyright page to report infringement.

4. Community

If you post or message in the App you must keep it lawful and respectful: no harassment, hate, threats, spam, impersonation or content you do not have the right to share. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and you can report content from within the App.

5. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the App, or use automated tools to scrape streams or content.

6. Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the stream running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or fault-free. To the extent the law allows, the App is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, and our total liability is limited to re-supplying the service.

8. App stores

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google, and the store's own terms (including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also apply. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the App.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here; continuing to use the App after that means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions go to support@brucetrademedia.com.
